Marija Pavkovic is a registered nurse with over 11 years of experience in public health. She holds a Master of Public Health degree and has specialized training in travel health, including a Professional Diploma in Travel Health Medicine from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
Marija has extensive experience in immunization program management, having led the territorial immunization program and now serving as the National Immunization Program Manager with the Department of National Defence.
In October 2022, she founded Whitehorse Travel Health Clinic to address a growing need for accessible, expert travel health services in the Yukon. Marija is passionate about helping clients stay safe and healthy while traveling, offering personalized, evidence-based care rooted in global best practices.
